Donna came to Lucien, Stirling & Gray in January 2005. Working half days, Donna maintains the filing system, making sure that all information is in the correct client file. Donna also acts as receptionist when needed.

Before coming to Lucien, Stirling & Gray, Donna worked for the Teacher Retirement System. Just prior to her retirement from TRS, Donna was the disability consultant. Donna has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Psychology, but she says, “At this time in my life, I am looking forward to relaxing just a little and taking some time to enjoy what is happening around me. While I enjoy working and staying busy, I also want to relax enough to enjoy the people I’m with and the activities that I am involved in.”

When Donna is not working, you might find her on the water. Donna and her husband, Patric, enjoy taking their sailboat different places. Summers are always busy with catamaran regattas all over the state that offer lots of opportunities for weekend camping experiences. Besides water activities, Donna is also on a bowling league, and she loves to dance, read and travel to different places.

“I don’t consider myself to be a Texan even though I have lived here for the past twenty-four years. However, I will say this: I have lived in three foreign countries, traveled all over the world, have been to most of the United States and as far as I am concerned, there isn’t any better place than Austin to hang your hat.”
