 Every single one of our advisors is featured in the September 2010 issue of Texas Monthly magazine as a FIVE STAR Wealth Manager™ for the Central Texas area. This award propels our advisors into an elite category of wealth management professionals. An independent research firm surveyed approximately 1 in 4 high net-worth households in the Austin, San Antonio and Central Texas region. A final list was reviewed by a panel of local financial industry experts. Fewer than 7% of the wealth managers in the survey region were selected and we consider it a great honor that all of our associates were chosen.
To select a FIVE STAR Wealth Manager™, high-net worth investors in the San Antonio and Austin region evaluated advisors on nine criteria: customer service, integrity, knowledge / expertise, communication, value for fee charged, meeting of financial objectives, post-sale service, quality of recommendations, and overall satisfaction. Nominees were reviewed for a minimum of five years of professional experience, and screened for regulatory actions, civil judicial actions, and customer complaints as reported by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Securities & Exchange Commission, Texas State Board of Accountancy, and the State Bar of Texas.
