As we say a final goodbye to 2025 and as we welcome the arrival of 2026, we’d like you to know how grateful we are to serve such a likeable group of clients, and to work alongside such an enjoyable group of colleagues.

This year has been full of connection and collaboration as we’ve helped people plan, prepare and invest towards their most important objectives. The sense of satisfaction and purpose that we’ve gotten from those experiences gives us great anticipation as we look forward to the coming year.

What’s most rewarding about being able to say this is that we are otherwise living through an age of mistrust – not only within this country, but throughout the world. People everywhere find themselves feeling suspicious towards institutions of all types, and skeptical of corporations both large and small.

Disruption and upheaval are evident everywhere one looks. Whether it’s political, technological, social, or financial, the uneasiness that people feel towards the future is palpable.

It is against this backdrop that we would like to ask for your help.

We’d like to hear your candid, unvarnished thoughts about what’s most important to you, and to people like you, when working closely with a team such as ours.

What are we doing well? What are we not doing so well? What do we need to change?

How might we serve you, and people like you, better?

In other words, how should we adapt?

We’re not looking for miracles. We are looking for thoughtful, candid insights from trustworthy people who care about our wellbeing and who are courageous enough to share the truths we need to hear. We promise to pay careful attention.

Thank you for your confidence and trust. May 2026 be a year of health, happiness and personal growth for all of us!

Sincerely,

Thomas G. Twombly

President
